Tonight I cooked myself a small rack of lamb and steamed vegetables. I’ve also started using a new iPhone app named myfitnesspal. I’ve decided it may help me to count calories and be more aware of what I’m eating. That doesn’t mean I’ll lose weight but I just want to know what I’m eating. It hasn’t stopped me eating Peanut M&Ms.
Lamb 220 g 462 calories, Broccoli 55 g 17 calories, Cauliflower 135 g 26 calories, and Cabbage 80 g 62 calories.
