It’s been a huge day. The meetings have been pretty full on, so much so, I haven’t felt that tired, except at about 0400 AEDT. I met an official from US DoS and she said the room service menu was good and she recommended the enchiladas. I’m never one to avoid room service, so I gave it a go. I recall mole sauce from an experience in a Mexican restaurant on Arlie Beach so I had chicken enchiladas with mole sauce and refried beans. It was delicious.
