A couple of weeks ago I blogged about a big day in Chinese food and mentioned one of my favourite restaurants. I’m horrified to learn that while away in Sydney, The Canberra Times reported the restaurant has been closed because of food safety concerns. In response the owners have posted this open letter to customers.
wow, really interesting letter from the restaurant. Good on them for trying to bust out of the bureaucracy to make their case. I hope that the Health Dept and the restaurant meet again soon and come up with a strategy to address all issues, for the sake of your tastebuds.
I expect the owners and their supporters will be calling ACT Health regularly.
