What I ate today

I had a pretty good day today. I spent the morning at an external meeting which was really interesting.

I also ate well today. For breakfast I had a salmon rissole with an avocado and some sweet chili sauce on a plain bagel. For lunch I had a Queensland nut ganache from Urban Bean Espresso Bar. For dinner I had some baked salmon with sweet potato hot chips and baked sweet corn.

    1. Thank you Lorraine. Now that I’m an ‘older’ Australian (≥50) I believe every day is special 😃 I wouldn’t normally have a salmon rissole for breakfast and a tartlet for lunch but I was in a mood for variety on Tuesday 😉😋
