Crab meat and bacon cauliflower cheese recipe

I added crab meat and bacon to my cauliflower cheese

After a couple of nights of big meat (salmon and Wagyu beef) I needed a lighter meal.

Crab meat and bacon cauliflower cheese recipe

Comfort food made better with bacon and crab meat
Ingredients
  • Crab meat (tinned)
  • Bacon
  • Cauliflower
  • Panko breadcrumbs
  • Peas
  • Capsicum
  • Mushrooms
  • Smoked cheddar cheese grated
  • Tasty Coon cheese
  • Cream
  • Pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat a bench top oven to 200 °C
  2. In a bowl mix everything except the cream, panko breadcrumbs and tasty Coon cheese
  3. Press everything into a pyrex container
  4. Pour over some cream
  5. Lay over some tasty Coon cheese
  6. Add some panko breadcrumbs
  7. Put into the oven
  8. Shoot some photographs and make a diptic
  9. Eat the meal and enjoy the creaminess
  10. Wash the dishes
  11. Write the recipe
  12. Blog (as a verb)

    1. You’re right Kendall although I am a fan of cauliflower, adding bacon makes everything better and crab meat is a nice bonus 🙂
