New recipe panko crusted salmon with cauliflower cheese and avocado
On Saturday Bron and I went to Costco. We saw a packet of panko breadcrumbs and agreed to split it so we could each have some. The packet was pretty big so I have lots to use.

This looks yummy lummy. Too bad Panko is not gluten free, will have to try it with another type of crust.
I hope you find a suitable alternative. It was very nice 🙂
Impressive. But I’d go for the cheesy omelette first.
It’s true, at least I had both yesterday
Looks good and I still have to try your cauliflower with cheddar! 🙂
I’m going through a bit of a cauliflower phase
Panko give so much crunch to a dish compared to regular bread crumbs. I know your meal had to be delicious.
It was delicious Karen. I love panko breadcrumbs.
