While walking around Lake Ginninderra today I shot a pelican and posted the photograph on Instagram and Twitter. ABC New Canberra asked to use it. At the time I wasn’t thinking of eating kale.

For lunch I made a nice salmon and cheese omelet using tinned salmon in olive oil. I’m not sure I’d buy more of that. I don’t mind salmon in brine but salmon pieces/fillets in olive oil wasn’t that great.
This afternoon while watching Netflix I snacked on some chocolate almonds and peanut M&Ms.
So tonight I tried oven baking the kale with some olive oil and sea salt.
I also participated in a Facebook meme asking me 26 questions.
