Nothing like leftover KFC for dinner
Ingredients
- KFC pieces
- Celeriac roughly diced
- Parsley
- Whole black pepper corns
- Cashew nuts
- Queensland (Macadamia) nuts
- Celery
- Onion
- Spring onion
- White wine
- Water
- Dried mixed herbs
Instructions
- Heat an oven to 150 °C
- In a large casserole add the chicken pieces, the celeriac, celery, spring onion, onion, whole black pepper corns and mixed herbs
- Add a splash of white wine
- Add a cup and a half of water
- Cook for three hours
- Chop the parsley
- Plate up and add some parsley
- Shoot a photograph (I used a Nikon D7100 with a Tamron 90 mm MACRO lens at 1/25 seconds, f/13 and ISO 800)
- Eat the meal
- Wash the dishes
- Write the recipe
- Blog about it
