On Sunday Bron made the best breakfast I think I’ve ever had.
Now I think everyone knows how much Bron and I love eggs. Bron is great at poaching them but she had never made a 65 °C egg.
So here it is a 65 °C egg served on a baked Parmesan custard, with Prosciutto-wrapped celeriac croquettes and sweet tomato and bacon salsa. It was amazing.
