A lot of options went through my mind but after a late meeting I thought it would be easier to go to the Jamison Takeaway and pick up some fish and potato scallops.
Here you go my new and improved favourite sandwich. Please check out the story from the old blog for the history to this and for more information on the Jamison Takeaway which I reckon is the best takeaway in Canberra.
So I fried off the sesame seed bun in some grapeseed oil and on the top piece I spread some Persian feta. On the bottom half of the bun I put a potato scallop and then some kale coleslaw and the added the battered fish.
I can highly recommend this sandwich.
