Here’s what I ate today.
I went to the office this morning, then stopped by the market to have a look around.
I picked up a rye sourdough roll, some cultured butter, pheasant pâté, and triple cream truffle brie.
I’m not usually big on truffles, but this cheese is actually really good.
I also bought a 1 kg ready-made meat bolognese lasagne.

Lunch was light, with scrambled eggs made with vintage cheddar and parmesan.

For dinner, I heated up the lasagne in the oven and ended up eating the whole thing.





1 kg of lasagne is about right for a dinner serving.
